Hello! I have over 15 years of experience in user-centered R&D, accessibility, and content development. My work focuses on improving the user experience. I have a strong background in instructional design, having developed and delivered accessible classroom and online learning materials for higher education, led research for an educational software company, and created training programs for corporate and government clients.
